The following are the fees that are applicable:

REFUND POLICY

If the conference is cancelled by the organizers for any reason whatsoever that is not the responsibility of the delegate, the delegate may ask for full refund or that the amount be kept until the next conference. If the delegate cancels attendance, any time before 30th September, 2026, for any reason whatsoever, the fees will be refunded in full but the investiture/induction ceremonies component shall not be refunded but the items covered by it shall be delivered to the delegate. Any cancellation by the delegate between 30th September, 2026 and 30h October, 2025 shall be refunded to the tune of 50% only. Any cancellation thereafter including non-attendance at the conference for whatever reason that is not the responsibility of the conference organizers shall not be refunded. It may be set off against any future services from the Institute to extent not already expended.

NB. No registration shall be accepted on arrival.

Other services to and at the conference including traveling & accommodation and lunches on days before and after the conference shall be the responsibility of the delegate. Some of such services are but not limited to the following:

1. Excursion – fee is 150 USD inclusive of buffet lunch.
2. Gala Night - fee will be provided later.
3. Buying of Souvenirs your own budget.
4. Pick Ups and Drops from and to the conference venue shall the responsibility of the delegate and can be arranged by the accommodation Venue.
