IICFIP is raising funds for its International CONFERENCE centre/Global Administrative offices in Nairobi Kenya. The project an estimated amount of USD 10 million to get started. It will be done in phases as follows:
PHASE 1: Offices & Administration Block
Shall serve as the Global Administration Headquarters of the IICFIP Inc. This will include descent offices and small training/seminar/Lecture rooms for internal use/hire. This is the most critical phase that requires completion as soon as possible.
Impact of completed IICFIP Branded Offices
- The revenues from subscriptions and short courses/seminars are expected to increase sharply.
- Partnerships with local and international universities in the delivery of tuition. This partnerships are expected to generate good revenues for operations.
- More staff will be hired to assist in daily operations.
PHASE 2: Fully Equiped Modern Consference Facilities/Management Trainig Centre
This is the commercial part of the project. Conference facilities shall be hired out for a fee. The conference facility is expected to generate more revenues to support operations. Other incomes will mainly comprise of restaurant income and accommodation facility. We will also make money by letting some offices, especially the extra office facilities not used by IICFIP to generate more revenues.
PHASE 3: A Catering Unit
This the area where training participants will get lunch and refreshments. This will employ more staff and generate revenues for operations.
PHASE 4: Accomodation (Bed & Board)
Guest House of the 4 star Hotel Standard. This will include staff quarters.
PHASE 5: Recreational Unit/Area
This will be used by seminar/ training participants and also staff for free but will also be available to the general public for a fee. The recreational unit shall also include car parking bay.
